About 2:30p on Tuesday, 01/24/23 Pasadena & Deer Park were hit with an F3 tornado that left a slew of damage in its wake. These communities are filled with the most generous & responsive group of people & PFC Matthew K Guyon Foundation knew we wanted to help.
After receiving word from the Deer Park Chamber of Commerce that San Jacinto Manor (a skilled nursing facility) had sustained damage and was in need, we headed to our local H.E.B.
Next on the list was a community center in Pasadena, BakerRipley, that has a temporary Red Cross Disaster Relief in place. This location is providing assistance to those in need. They have open doors for those without power who may need to use a computer or just charge a cell phone. There are also resources in place for individuals who need a little extra help.

These communities are working together & repairs are well underway. There is nothing more amazing than seeing the outpouring of love from SO many individuals!
